Terms of Service
Proposed terms for using skiesplanner as a teacher or school leader.
1. The service
skiesplanner assists teachers with weekly lesson planning, question-paper preparation, downloads and school review workflows. Curriculum alignment is a planning aid, not a guarantee of official endorsement or acceptance.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account and school details, keep your login information private, and use only accounts and school codes you are authorized to use. School leaders are responsible for managing their school's members and approvals.
3. Activation and access
Access depends on account verification, current term activation, school places, upload allowances and the administrator's enabled services. Follow the prices and payment instructions displayed in the app. A new term may require reactivation. Final payment, cancellation and refund terms require owner confirmation and are not established by this draft.
4. Lessons and question papers
AI-assisted lessons can contain errors. You remain responsible for checking curriculum references, teaching suitability, questions, answers and downloaded documents before classroom use. Teacher question requests draw from the available central bank and are limited by matching question availability.
5. Uploaded materials and acceptable use
Upload only materials you are authorized to use. Do not upload unnecessary student information, confidential records, unlawful material or content that infringes others' rights. Do not try to access another teacher's private plans, bypass account controls or interfere with the service.
6. Term changes and your copies
Starting a new term clears teachers' active plans. Approved school plans are copied into the school's read-only term archive. Download documents you need to keep; this draft does not promise permanent storage or a particular backup period.
7. Questions about these terms
Use the Feedback page while signed in to contact the super admin. The service operator's legal identity, applicable law and final contractual provisions must be confirmed before these terms are finalized.
